Ticket Transfer is the easiest and most secure way to send eligible tickets to someone else. Instead of sharing screenshots or forwarding emails, you can transfer tickets directly through your AXS account.
If your tickets are delivered via AXS Mobile ID and Ticket Transfer is available for your event, you can send tickets through the AXS Tickets app or by signing in to your account at AXS.com.
If the person you're sending tickets to already has an AXS Tickets account, they'll receive them right away. If they don't have an account yet, they'll be prompted to create one to claim their tickets. They'll also need the AXS Tickets app to access and use them.
Good to know: Ticket Transfer isn't available for every event or ticket type. If transfer isn't available, or will be enabled closer to the event, you'll usually see that information when you purchase your tickets.
