During our busiest events, we use a virtual Waiting Room before tickets go on sale. It typically opens 30 minutes before the onsale begins.
Here's what you need to know:
- It's designed to help fans. The Waiting Room helps us identify and filter out bots and other bad actors, giving real fans a better chance to buy tickets at face value.
- It keeps things moving smoothly. When lots of fans are trying to buy tickets at once, the Waiting Room helps manage traffic so the experience is as smooth as possible.
- You don't need to rush. The Waiting Room isn't a first-come, first-served queue. As long as you join before the onsale starts, you'll have the same opportunity to enter the ticket purchase flow as everyone else already waiting.
- No need to refresh. Once you're in the Waiting Room, just sit tight. Refreshing your browser won't help you get in faster - we'll move you through automatically when it's your turn.
- It's online only. The Waiting Room is available for online ticket purchases.
You may hear about added shows first. If an additional show or new date is announced during the onsale, fans in the Waiting Room will be among the first to receive a link to it.
