Once logged in, select Your Account on the left-side navigation. You can edit your phone number used to verify your account, update your password, and edit payment methods.
Via AXS Tickets App:
If using the AXS Tickets App, click the person icon on the top right of your screen to access your account info. From the app, you can edit your phone number used to verify your account and change your password.
